6 Ways to Test a Process
When designing a user process, one must ask these questions to see if the goal has been achieved. This applies to one of my web projects but can also be applied as Key Success Factors in other areas.
- Process is automated. Automation is economical.
- Process is streamlined. Anyone can use it without questions.
- Process is complete. There are no missing features or deal breakers.
- Process is admirable. Compared with the best it shines.
- Process is memorable. Users will go away remembering what they did.
- Process is solidified. The process adheres to standards.
